Draw-yourself guest book
A guest book your guests draw.
A big printable sheet of empty faces with your names at the top. Every guest draws themselves on one and signs their name beside it, and you frame it after the wedding. Free with your wedding on hazel, ready to print in 2 minutes.

How it works.
- 1
Print it big
Your names go on the top. Print it from A3 up to A0 at a print shop or online, and stand it on an easel by the entrance or the bar.
- 2
Guests draw themselves
Each guest picks a face and draws their own hair, glasses and smile on it, then signs their name beside it. Leave a pot of pens next to it.
- 3
Frame it after
Every face is someone who came. It goes straight into a frame, so there's no book sitting in a drawer.
Two designs, three colours.
Shown at A2 with Ada & Tom's names. Yours carry your own. There are no instructions and no QR code on it, because it's the one you frame.
Classic · “Ada & Tom's wedding guests”

Rose frame · “The guest book of Ada & Tom”

A face for every guest.
The faces stay the same size on every sheet, so a bigger print takes more guests. Pick More faces to fit more on, a little smaller. We start you on the smallest size with a face for everyone on your guest list. The counts are for Classic; the Rose frame has a few fewer, for its border.
| Size | Faces | More faces |
|---|---|---|
| 12 × 18 in | 42 | 56 |
| 18 × 24 in | 81 | 100 |
| 24 × 36 in | 168 | 224 |

Classic or Rose frame, in three colours. Your names go on for you, and we start on a size with a face for every guest.
- Step 03
Download and print
Pick 12 × 18, 18 × 24 or 24 × 36 in. It's one big sheet for a print shop or an online printer. A sizes too.
On the day.
By the entrance
On an easel where guests arrive, so it gets filled in before the drinks start.
A pot of pens
Fine black felt tips for the faces and a few coloured ones for hair. Biros work too.
Ask someone to start it
A bridesmaid or the best man draws the first few faces, and everyone else follows.
Into a frame
Take it home at the end of the night. A plain frame from the print shop finishes it.
Every wedding also gets free QR code signs, table cards and admission tickets and wedding bingo.
Good to know.
What is a draw-yourself guest book?
A guest book that's a poster. It's a big sheet of empty faces with your names at the top. Each guest draws themselves on a face, signs beside it, and you frame it after the wedding.
Is it free?
Yes. It comes with every wedding on hazel, including the free one for up to 6 guests. Both designs, every colour and every size, as many downloads as you like.
How many faces does it have?
It depends on the size: on the Classic design an A2 has 72 faces and an A1 132 (the Rose frame has a few fewer, for its border). Pick More faces to fit more on, a little smaller, so a smaller sheet still takes everyone. We start you on the smallest size with a face for every guest.
Which sizes can I print?
12 × 18, 18 × 24 and 24 × 36 in, or A3 to A0 outside the US and Canada. The faces are about 1.5 in wide at every size, so a bigger sheet means more faces, not bigger ones.
Where do I get it printed?
18 × 24 in on foam board fits most easels. A local print shop or an online poster printer can do it in a day or two.
Is there a QR code on it?
No. It's the thing you frame, so it carries your names and the faces and nothing else. Your QR code goes on the free signs, table cards and admission tickets instead, so guests can add their photos to your Album.
What is hazel?
A photo-sharing web app for your wedding. Guests scan your QR code or tap the link, and every photo they take lands in one Album that you choose from and share. No app for anyone to download. The guest book, signs, tickets and wedding bingo come free with it.
