Guide
The best wedding photo apps for guests in 2026.
Six web apps your guests can use without downloading anything, side by side. Updated 16 October 2026.
The short answer
For most weddings we'd pick hazel, and yes, we make it. Each guest checks their photo before it uploads, you choose what goes in the Album, and every wedding gets free printable signs, table cards and photo bingo, one look for the whole Album, and full-size photos to download, from $32.99 for up to 100 guests. If you only need one flat price for a very big wedding, Guestpix is $49 whatever the headcount, and for a disposable-camera feel there's POV or Once. Every fact about the others here is from their own websites.

Why you should choose hazel.
Guests check before they share.
Each guest sees their photo before it uploads, so nothing goes in by accident. No blurry pocket shots, no photo someone regrets.
You choose what's in.
Every photo comes to you first. Switch each one on or off, and only what's on reaches the Album. Switched-off photos stay with you, never lost.
Signs and table cards, made for you.
Right inside hazel: pick a design and your names, date and QR code go on automatically, in A4, A5 and A1. Free, and ready to print in two minutes.
Wedding photo bingo.
Four printable bingo cards. Guests find someone for each clue, take the photo, and it lands straight in your Album.
One look for the whole Album.
Original, Vintage Matte, Golden Hour or Clean Editorial. Every photo matches, and you can change it any time without sharing again.
Full-size photos.
Each photo arrives exactly as the phone took it, and everything downloads full size in one go. Every guest is emailed the Album when you share it.

From each app's own website, help pages and app listing on 16 October 2026. hazel's prices are in your currency. POV, Once, Wedibox and GuestCam list theirs in US dollars, before any discount codes. Features and prices change; check with them before you buy.
What to check before you choose.
- Who sees the photos first. Some galleries show every photo as it arrives, to everyone. Ask whether you can see a photo before your guests do, and take one out before it's shared.
- Where the photo comes from. Camera-style apps take the photo inside the browser with a set number of shots. Others let guests add from their camera roll too, which is where most of the day's photos already are.
- What's on the tables. Guests only add photos if they're asked. Signs and table cards with the QR code, and a game like photo bingo, do the asking for you.
- Flat price or by guests. A flat price can win at a very big wedding. Priced by guests is usually cheaper for a small or medium one. Count everyone you're inviting.
- The currency. Some of these price only in US dollars, and your bank may add a fee for paying in another currency. hazel shows and charges its prices in your own currency: pounds, US, Canadian or Australian dollars, or euros.
